Monthly Fees

Monthly dues and tumbling fees are non-refundable once the month has started.

Missed practices or absences do not qualify for refunds or credits.
Uniforms & Merchandise

All uniform orders, warm-ups, and custom items are non-refundable once production begins.
Registration Fees

Registration fees are non-refundable.
Competition Fees

Competition fees are non-refundable once Ember Elite submits payment to the event organizer.

If a dancer cannot attend, no refund or credit is provided.
Voluntary Withdrawal

If a dancer withdraws, no refunds or prorated credits are offered.

Written notice is required to discontinue future billing.
Program Cancellations
If Ember Elite cancels a class or event:

A makeup session or credit may be provided at the director’s discretion.
